When you are thinking of moving one of the most important decisions that you have to make is "what is a reasonable asking price for my house?".  Your answer to this question can mean the difference between selling in days to not selling at all.  The following form is a request for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), which compares your home to others that have recently sold in your area.

The CMA is used to gauge the current market value of your home in the eyes of buyer but is limited by the information that it is based on.  Therefore the more complete the description of your home, the more accurate the CMA will be.
